Andy Simon is an award-winning Australian-Armenian journalist and television producer/ director.
Andy’s production company, Simon Says Media, is an innovative content creation company, focused on making distinctive high quality televisual entertainment for a range of high profile local and international clients including Nestlé, Breville, Décor, and Scotts.
Andy has also worked extensively with all the major Australian television networks over the past 20 years, producing hundreds of hours of programming for the Australian television markets.
Some of the productions Andy’s worked on include:- Backyard Blitz, Better Homes and Gardens, The Dinner Project, I Survived, MasterChef and Location Location Location.
In his free time, Andy spends time with his family, travels and researches food and new holiday destinations.
Born to Armenian parents, Concert Pianist, Actor, Singer & Comedian Kev Orkian, is one of the UK’s finest entertainers and internationally acclaimed Award-Winning Comedy Pianist. He has starred in numerous West-End and International Musicals, Plays and TV Shows. He is also the world’s only Comedian to be invited to headline the South African Funny Festival 7 times, and star in his fourth pantomime in Australia. In 2017 Kev was awarded the International Comedian Award by the Pan Armenian Entertainment Awards for his contribution to the arts.
Kev spends most of his time touring around the globe with his One Man Piano Comedy Show. He has shared the stage with numerous artists like Lionel Ritchie, Katherine Jenkins, Dame Edna, & Rick Wakeman to name a few. He has appeared in many prestigious venues including the Sydney Opera House, Windsor Castle, and The Microsoft Arena in LA.
Kev has entertained audiences from all over the world and has had the honour of entertaining many royals, including HRH Prince Phillip’s 89th birthday, Prince Charles 10th British Forces Anniversary, The Sheik Of Dubai’s Emirates Golf Dinner and the Prince of Saudi’s VIP Millionaires Banquet to name a few.
Kev also makes many tours to Afghanistan and Cyprus to Entertain the British and American troops and all this while running his Management and production company Howlin’ Entertainment Ltd.
Raffi Tanielian is a London-based serial Entrepreneur and Angel Investor. Over the last 20 years, Raffi has created, worked in or invested in many different types of companies, from technology to medical and to entertainment. Some of the notable successes are Bookpages.co.uk (sold to amazon.com), Lastminute.com, Magicalia , diyprint.com, Fulcrum Medical
He has also invested and produced a number of successful movie productions. These include "The Proposition" (2005), “The Best Man” (2005), “Cuckoo”(2009)
Over the last few years, Raffi has been working with Idea London, the University College London/Cisco/EDF initiative. Idea London is a small business incubator/accelerator based in Shoreditch, London. This is part commercial, part philanthropic, offering sources of funding, skills and contacts to help new businesses to succeed. At the same time, the University, commercial partners and students/entrepreneurs have part ownership of the businesses created and accelerated in the environment.
Raffi is also a Director of Tornig, a UK based conglomerate with interests in Real Estate, the Technology Sector and Entertainment.
Raffi is involved in a number of philanthropic activities. He is involved in many UK based Armenian organisations and sits on the Armenian Church in the UK’s advisory board. As benefactor to the Armenian Paralympic Team, he went to the Paralympic Games in Rio in September 2016.
Raffi is a Trustee of the Tufenkian Foundation.
